#1 Hey, I fill the tires to 45 as recommended. They usually never stay at 45 and quickly drop to 41 range, however the back right always drops more. It will fluctuate from 33-38 while driving even after the car is heated up, even after I fill it the warning of low tire pressure is still there.

You can release air by pressing the metal stem in the center of the valve. Re-check pressure using the accurate tire gauge. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary until the tire pressure is correct. Reinstall the valve cap to prevent dirt from entering. Periodically check the valve for damage and leaks.

Pressure is still holding at 42 (it's been about 5 hours since fill-up) Tesla Support desk said just keep monitoring; it might be just cold temperature.

Tesla recommends increasing the pressure of both front and rear tires to 44 PSI (300 kPA) for these speeds. All wheel sizes for your Tesla Model 3 need the same 42 PSI (290 kPA) tire pressure.
