Fallout 2 Restoration Project - Talking Heads Addon. I'm working on an addon mod for the Restoration Project that aims to add Talking Heads (the portraits that appear when talking to characters like Sulik) to relevant characters. So far this is a work in progress but almost every location has at least a couple of NPCs with an animated portrait.

I made my own in the fallout 2 directory and placed the talking heads mod in there but it didn't work. Full reinstallations and new files havent helped. The restoration project itself is running fine.. Also same with Kitsune. It's like most of these Talking Heads made crashes which starts conversation first not by the Chosen One, like.

It might not be worth it cause Fallout 2 only uses a limited palette of colours hence why the images look a little "crusty", you can probably tell by looking at the Talking Heads in this video.
